50% Porridge Night....

Firstly, i would like to express my sad feeling about our economy.....u should know y...if not plz make sure u drink a mixture of bleach and dettol to kill urself k??....nice!!

Next, I would like to thank "Alween"(come from EK's blog).....for doin the tag....EK!!! U HAVE NOT DONE THE TAG YET!!......

Back to topic....,,,yesterday night ......again this question came over my brain...'what is missing(tapping my fingers)'......then the answer is ......SUPPER ..again.....i dunno y i want to post this but i think the reason i post this is to express how sad i am........guess what...i din do pancake this time because......

• Out of flour
• It is 12 o'clock already...believe it or not, pancake will take me till 1.30am to finish up.....
• Not in mood

SOOoo...i asked my mom whether we have so leftover rice or not......and now...the mission impossible(with the song*)........i m gonna turn those rice into porridge !!...haha. So this is my plan...have a nice sup base and use those sup to turn the rice into porridge.....of course i won't be cheapsate to use those soup that my grandma made.....so i used the soup that i will make myself...now that's the hard part ....

Let see i used anchovie for the initial soup base then..........i added onion and garlic into it.....then mushroom......then salt, pepper and light soya sauce...that makes my soup almost perfect...then added the rice into it.....boil,boil,boil...and boil,boil,boil.........hey it is still rice...look it is 12.30 already!!!....then i somehow gave up...........but my porridge only managed to be like 50%......so sad.........this is how it looked like...


look...halfway only.....how pityful.....but it was tasty....luckily.......i think this blog is turning into a food blog!!....it is the very first among us i think.......*dengdengdeng*.......hey if u guys have a really cold day......sick or weather...u can it..it is really heartwarming...as this thing nearly cost me damage on my taste bud....really hot....well that's the end of it......i hope u guys can try it too....(smiles)*
